Gods, Monsters, and 401k's

Renowned warlock and deity removal expert Sorus Cairne tries to plan for his retirement, but when Gods and Monsters run amok, nothing ever really goes as planned.

Gods, Monsters, and 401k's is a short interactive narrative set in the DRUniverse (created by myself [James J Laks] and Kai Taylor) that follows Sorus Cairne, a powerful warlock and a specialist in 'removing' deities, as he tries to make a routine trip to the bank in an urban fantasy city.

Originally conceived as a final project for a games writing class, I've gone back and reworked the original narrative and introduced some more complex formatting.
